    I've seen them described in all three ways.
    These are steel (not sure if they have any coating outside of that). They come with screws and a Hex wrench.
    HEIGHT:  THREE inches
    WIDTH:  TWO AND 6/8th inches
    But when describing these hinges they are referred to as THREE INCH hinges.
    NEW these were each, so . We just missed the deadline to return them and didn't end up needing or using them.
    These are heavy for their size, so I'll ship USPS PRIORITY small FLAT RATE, which will be the most economical and yet they'll still ship PRIORITY.
