The design allows both installation on a new rolling tool cart or retrofitting an existing tool box cart without having to modify the cart in any way. The recessed padlock design accommodates a variety of padlocks while preventing the lock from snagging on doorways, materials, or clothing.
Run power to the interior of the cart with a grommeted electrical pass-through, which keeps the cord free from damage. This Cart Armor fits Rubbermaid 9T67-00, Rubbermaid 4520-89, and ULINE H2504XX carts.
