Swivel glides decrease floor scratching and increase mobility of your school furniture. The easy to install design allows for a large quantity (such as a class room full of desks) to be completed quickly. Equipping your furniture with swivel glides will allow for easy restructure of your classroom when the new school year begins and aide well when having to move furniture for floor cleaning purposes. Chair glides are very popular in schools and institutions and move easily across smooth or carpeted floors. The glide freely swivels beyond 30 degree angle. Glide grips leg with outside holding clip meaning it grabs the outside of the leg. Glide has a 1.25" diameter nylon base with a 9/16" high decorative ferrule that fits over the outside of the leg. These glides also have a clip that holds the glide on by going inside the leg. Commonly used on desks/chairs from Virco Griggs & American Seating. Note: Leg tubing size is based on outside diameter.
